Dear eXurb Fitness Member,
We are very excited to announce that we will be reopening Monday, June 15th at 7:00 AM. This has been a trying past few months, but we have fully supported our elected officials in outlining the best safety practices for us. We are very thankful to the many friends, members, and community members that have reached out and continued to support us through this time.
Our new hours of operations will be 7:00 AM – 7:00 PM Monday through Friday and 7:00 AM – 1:00 PM Saturday and Sunday. This is so we can ensure that the club is sanitized completely each day, making it as safe as possible for our members and staff.
Many of you may feel it's too soon to come back and we completely understand this. We have made freezing accounts very easy. Please do not call the club to freeze your account. Please call our processing company ASF Payment Solutions at 1-800-525-8967. Or they can be emailed at firstname.lastname@example.org they can freeze your account for up to 90 days.
If you are experiencing a fever or any other symptom of COVID-19, please do not come to the facility. If you have been to the facility and you have become ill please notify us immediately so that we can take the necessary precautions.
As per the state's guidelines, we will be operating at 30% capacity and will be requiring everyone who enters the facility to wear a mask. You do not have to have a face covering on while exercising but you will need to have it on while walking from station to station and while entering and exiting. We will issue you your own spray bottle with disinfectant while in the facility so that there is no cross-contamination. We have more than doubled our touchless hand sanitizers throughout the facility. We are asking everyone to please keep their hands clean and washed while in the club. Another way we are helping to stop the spread of germs is that we are no longer accepting cash. For many of you, we already have a credit card on file. If you would like to purchase a snack or drink we can simply charge the card that we have on file.
We should all be pros at social distancing by now and we have all heard the CDC talk about 6 feet apart. We are taking this a step further and requiring everyone to social distance at 10 feet apart.
We will continue to offer classes through Zoom and look forward to a time that we can bring them back to the club.
Some of our amenities will be abbreviated and canceled to help with the sanitation process and aid in social distancing. Our water fountains on each level are turned off along with our saunas in our men’s and women’s locker rooms. Every other locker and shower will be shut down to create a buffer zone. Soft materials such as floor mats, ropes, TRX, slam balls, and punching bags will be removed as they cannot be thoroughly cleaned in between use. No gym bags or other personal property can be out on the gym floor as this restricts the walkways and will not aid in social distancing. We also can not allow at this time personal equipment from home in the gym, such as mats, balls, jump ropes, clips, etc. as we can not guarantee that they were thoroughly sanitized.
Before each of you returns, we will need you to go to the following link and agree to our updated Code of Conduct and new waiver/release, as well as update your contact information. This can not be done at the club and will prevent you from being able to use the facility.

Friends, we are all in this together. These changes will not be permanent. We can and will progress through this tough, trying time together as a community. We truly appreciate all of your patience and understanding as we work through this together.

At eXurb Fitness we host a Boot Camp & Brunch monthly. We like to do this to bring our clients and the community together. Creating a healthy and fun environment.
Often times our Bootcamp & Brunch is held at a local restaurant or brewery. We encourage a social gathering after our hard workouts. You deserve it.
Feel free to bring friends and family to our events. This is open to all, nit just our members.
